All the trip was managed in an unprofessional way. The guide asked us for additional money to visit th Blue Eye along the way ("for the touristic train, otherwise you can walk 40 minutes from where the bus stops"). The bus broke down at Saranda, and our hand luggage was locked inside the trunk and we could not take it until hours later. The guide took us to Ksamil with a replacement bus but then he said we had to contact the driver of the broken bus directly to get our luggage. He told us to get back to Saranda by ourselves on our money to get the luggage. After I insisted the guide help us he found a way to take us back to Saranda where we got our things back. Anyway we had to pay a taxi to go back to Ksamil. The guide behaved unprofessionally and even told a woman in our group to "shut up" because she got nervous.

No show!
Do not book! They DID NOT show and then did not pick up call. Waited for one hour at pick up point and then had to book via different service provider

Tirana to ksamil bus tour
Had such an amazing experience travelling with them. We visited a few places and our tour guide Aurel was such a nice guy. I would recommend this service if you want to travel from Tiran to Ksamil or Sarande or just want a day tour

Avoid
AVOID! paid to be collected from our hotel, but was then told to pay for our own taxi to meet them in another location which they did not want to refund. Then rather than getting on a small bus, we were out on a massive 50 person bus going on a day trip! We were meant to be going direct to Ksamil! Absolutely shocking! Do not book!

Good service and punctual
The bus passes from hour to hour, but the last time is 18:30, the price is for only 150 ALL if you go to Ksamil. The collector was very patient explaining where to go to see the beach and where to take the bus back. It was quite crowded at lunchtime but that's because a lot of tourists were going to the beach.

Great ride
Very good bus ride from Tirana to Ksamil. Stoped on the way to main attractions and the view was amazing. Careful and safe driver.

Book a regular coach instead
I travelled back at a fraction of the price on a regular coach booked through a travel agent - Gjirafa Travel. Much cheaper and I'd say more comfortable too. I wish I had booked through them for the journey down to Saranda.
