The most memorable moment was @ ksamil. Tour guide engaged everyone and communicated fluently. The most horrifying moment was when the driver was navigating on the hill just before ksamil. A lot of Adrenaline there. One staff was attitudinally rude.

The only thing I dislike about the journey was the attitude of one of their agents in charge of pick up(John) I was on the phone to him communicating to him the nitty gritty of pick up and he intentionally hung up on me. That attitude is not fair and I think he can improve on that. Overall, experiment is goood
A beautiful experience, a bit tiring because we saw many beautiful places in one day, which was definitely worth it. I would do it again 😊. The organization was well done and our guide was fantastic. a lot of driving to do on a bus that broke down towards the end of the excursion. One downside: no restroom on the bus! beautiful things to see, it is worth it!
