Our guide was Carol. She provided a good balance of helpful information, such as restaurants and shopping as well as an excellent overview of the city’s history while pointing out interesting spots.
Carol was our guide and she teached us a lot of the history of Luxembourg. We could understand her well and she used a nice amount of humour.
Carol is an awesome, knowledgeable guide. She’s familiar with Luxembourg history and with the Luxembourgish language. She patiently answers questions, and offers suggestions in other things to see in Luxembourg and nearby. I’d t take another tour with her next time we’re in town. Jim & Lisa, Denver. CO
The Tour Guide gave a great tour of Luxembourg City! She also gave us personalized recommendations about restaurants, souvenir shops, and even transportation directions from our Hotel to the American Cemetery so we could visit General Patton's grave. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and kept the pacing of the tour going well. 5 stars!
Nice tour, informative. Would definitely do him, you look at the city with different eyes. We went through many highlights and the pace was very easy to follow, English was doable for me, but difficult if you don't know the language completely. All in all: recommended!
Hey was a nice experience. A nice funny guide, I forgot her name. In some places I couldn't have thought of my own.
Super good background knowledge you get on the trip. Carol did it well and interesting. Can highly recommend using the two hours, so there is more you understand when you walk around the city on your own.
Our guide did not wait for the entire group to gather before beginning to speak - this happened repeatedly. She did not make the tour engaging or interesting. Of all the city walking tours I’ve done this was unfortunately the most poor experience.
Great tour! It ran about 30 mins linger than expected but it was very informative. The guide was truly passionate about sharing everything about her home country.
Carol did it really well and gave a lot of background knowledge and the story behind was brought to life with her way of telling. Can really recommend taking such a tour in Luxembourg. This gives more understanding when you move around and around the city.
