The tour was well planned and very informative. Also very walkable - even with a small child. Anytime again!

Very well organized tour of the city, conducted by someone who is very knowledgeable of the city and country history. Sandrine, the guide, is very familiar with the city and provided great recommendations for additional activities and places to dine.

Nice way to get highlights of the city, historical overview, local insight, and general orientation all in just a few hours.
Thank you for your kind feedback. . We’re delighted you enjoyed the tour and found it a great way to experience the city’s highlights, history, and local insights in a short time. It’s always my goal to provide a well-rounded introduction and helpful orientation. I truly appreciate your review and hope you enjoy the rest of your time in the city.
It was a very informative tour. Our guide, Luc, was professional yet friendly. It was good to get a curated set of rich information for each of the spots we visited. We asked to end the tour earlier because of the cold and our boy who started to feel ill. Still, it was a great experience overall and well worth our time.
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re pleased to hear that you found the tour informative and appreciated Luc’s professional yet friendly approach. We’re also glad the curated information at each location added value to your experience. We completely understand the need to adjust plans due to the cold and your child’s well-being, and we appreciate your flexibility. Thank you for spending your time with us—we’re happy to hear it was a worthwhile and positive experience overall.
Our guide, Maria, was so informative and thorough. She shared a lot about history but also a lot about culture and languages. She made our tour fun as well as interesting.
"We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Maria and that she made the experience both informative and fun. We hope to welcome you on another tour soon!"
Luc was an excellent resource about the history and architecture of Luxembourg. He went over and above our expectations, showing us the cathedral where he volunteers. He also accompanied us to the House of Chocolate where we had a unique hot chocolate experience. It was definitely a must do in Luxembourg. We highly recommend Luc if you visit Luxembourg.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and we appreciate your recommendation. We're happy to hear that Luc exceeded your expectations and made your experience in Luxembourg so memorable.
I liked the walking but the guide wasn’t very organized with her information. I ended up reading about it later to understand.
We are very happy you liked the walking…about our organisation talent, if you share a clear description of the issue about the guide „not being organised“, we can understand and reply accordingly. We can only emphasize that our guide has done a huge number of tours with never less than 4-star reviews, a reason we work with her. Additionally, she informed us that you rescheduled your tour due to your flight delay from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM and our guide organized it and did the full duration without charging you any extra fee even if this would be a cancellation with a 100% charge. Please reach out back to us and let us know what the issue exactly was, we take our customers‘ feedback very seriously.
We enjoyed the historical narration and seeing the important points of Luxembourg, despite the cold and rainy weather.
Dear Peter, It warms our hearts to read your wonderful review. Looking forward to seeing you again. Tina
