Great tour, but chilly in July!
Our guide Anderson was great. It was a moderate hike from the drop off point, which appeared to be in the middle of nowhere, so we were little nervous hopping out of our Uber, but it was all fine. The operator contacted us beforehand, Marcelo to check all was well and answered our question about the type of footwear to take, which BTW I would hike in boots and then switch to wet shoes for the rappelling part and take a towel and change of clothes. For us in July it was super chilly rappelling down the first waterfall so my wife skipped this as she had a poorly shoulder, but I and my 13-year-old Son braved the decent, although we also skipped the second waterfall, it did not detract from the experience though and I would recommend you to book this tour.
Operator response
Hey Paul, thanks for the review! July is the chilliest month in Rio. Nothing compared to US or EU but still not the 40°C we have in December.
We do hope to see you again on summer!

Fun hike and cascade down a waterfall! Highlight of our trip to Rio!
We had an amazing time. Marcelo was so fun and a very experienced rock climber. The hike was challenging enough for us as beginner / intermediate hikers and the rapelling was so much fun. We will definitely be doing it again when we come back.
One little note, if you are driving yourself, the meeting point is at a building that looks like a residence (you meet outside the door on the sidewalk). There is no parking nearby. Plan for at least 15 minutes to walk to the meeting point (closest parking is about 1000 meters away).

Excellent family walk
I made a cave circuit with my wife and 12-year-old son.
The Enterprise provided all preliminary information on-line quickly. The guide, very punctual, was attentive and careful, respecting the rhythm of the group.
I highly recommend
