Description

This sightseeing pass includes admission to Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum, avoids shopping queues THE BLUE HOUSE The Blue House is the intimate universe of Frida Kahlo. She spent most of her life here, first with her family and, years later, with Diego Rivera. Interesting national and foreign characters were hosted here, attracted by the magnetism of both painters. Frida and Diego wanted to leave their house as a museum for the enjoyment of all Mexicans. Upon the painter's death, the couple's friend, the museumman and poet Carlos Pellicer, planned the museumography. The administration was entrusted to the Trust of the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums, attached to the Bank of Mexico and constituted by Rivera himself in 1957.

Given wrong tickets and never got to do experience.

I would not buy through this website. We were given wrong number of tickets on the wrong time and then customer service could not fix it.

Terrible Service

Our tickets were changed, and we were unable to make the tour. Trying to get it corrected was a nightmare and we were unable to correct it. I would not recommend this site.

Exorbitantly expensive...

Exorbitantly expensive without any guide. The problem I have with you is my tickets to the anthropology museum. They were sent by PDF not to Apple wallet was very hard to communicate. The digital guide was really nothing for his amount of money that it was you need to offer something for the added money that you charge anthropology Museum debacle makes me never want to use you again especially AAA. I’d love to go to Calo Museum, but had I gotten tickets in time I wouldn’t have had to pay so much extra.

The museum itself is fantastic and a must see! The ticket vendor was not great. I was sent tickets for a different time slot than the one I had chosen and had a very difficult time getting ahold of him. He would turn his WhatsApp on and off so when I really needed the tickets, I could not get them - extremely frustrating!

Bad experience

We missed our time window due to an address issue as I was directed to Diego Rivera museum and they would not honor my tickets. The place seemed empty and they would not offer any help despite having already paid for tickets and they were closing within the hour and it was raining outside. I tried to reason with them as we were foreigners and this was our only chance to visit but very rude employees. Visto did not give explicit directions as to where to go. Had you given a direct address this would not have happened. I probably will not use visitor again to book any activities

Terrible assistance. Lack of communication.

Extremely poor experience. The tour operator was completely unresponsive despite several attempts to contact them, and Viator’s assistance was inadequate. This lack of support left me unable to resolve my issue. I will not use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.

They should know, that if they book with your company, they must double check the starting time. I booked a time slot at 16:00 and also received the confirmation for this time. The actual starting time was at 16:30h. I got this information at the entry…👎🏻

Getting the tickets was very tedious. The Internet is very weak. The Frieda Kahla Museum.

It's not worth the money. Too far away
