Great tour - so worth it!

Great experience! Our tour guide Maya was very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. There are no 6 starts, so 5 stars will do ;) In comparison to other tours, this one has more stops for food — tacos, churros, tostada, and natural juices. The walk of Coyoacán is easygoing, relaxed, and entertaining. The entrance to Frida’s blue house is a MUST while you’re visiting. The history, the colors, the art … otherworldly

We had a great time on this tour. Maria was excellent. She was so engaging when talking about Frida. We learned so much and appreciated her passion for Mexican history. We enjoyed the market as well, wish we had more time there to try various snacks.

A history tour, a food tour, and a really fun neighborhood experience.

Such a great way to not only see Frida Kahlo's home and museum, but to learn about her history and the history of the neighborhood. Our guide, Jeny, was a wealth of information and the highlight of the tour. The tour was paced well, and even though it’s not promoted as a food tour, we had a chance to try quite a few local food highlights, including a “surprise’ from Jeny - the best fresh, warm churros we had ever eaten. Mixed in with the stops, there was ample time to explore two different local markets, and we finished at Frida Kahlo's home just in time for our scheduled entry time. It was great to be able to skip the long lines. If you’re in Mexico City you’ll want to visit this museum and this was an outstanding way to do it. We plan to recommend this tour to family and friends traveling there in the future.

We had a wonderful...

We had a wonderful educational experience on this tour, and really enjoyed the food and markets too. We have been to Mexico City twice before but haven’t seen the Coyoacán neighborhood yet and I’m so glad we booked a tour to know more about its history, and much more about Frida herself before we went into the museum. Jeny was wonderful!

Excellent way to explore Coyoacán

The best part of this experience was our tour guide, Jeny. She was incredible, very knowledgeable about the history of the town, caring, and funny. The food we ate was very tasty and overall, we learned a lot about Coyoacán.

Learned a lot

I really enjoyed learning some of the history of Mexico, Coyoacan, and Frida Kahlo! Our tour guide Maria was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the churros as well as the tostadas and aguas frescas on this tour! The museum itself was beautiful. We also had some free time during and after the tour to enjoy Coyoacan on our own which was nice.

Coco was an incredible...

Coco was an incredible guide and truly made this experience special. He was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about Frida Kahlo, Coyoacán, and Mexican culture, but what stood out most was how warm, kind and hospitable he was. We spent a few hours walking through Coyoacán, learning about its history and local myths, stopping to eat along the way, and simply enjoying the neighborhood. Nothing felt rushed or overly scripted. It felt like exploring with someone who genuinely loves sharing his culture and city. Coco was fun to spend time with and made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. I would absolutely recommend this tour, especially with him!
