DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS OPERATOR
DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH THIS OPERATOR. We arrived at the museum only to find out our tickets had been cancelled and also to find out from the museum administrators that these tickets ARE NOT actually valid. The only valid tickets are those bought through the museum website directly.
I hope this review saves someone the time and disappointment we went through this morning.
To this operator - do better . You just wasted our time.

Even though my ticket was canceled, I made the best of it and took photos outside Casa Azul. CDMX is beautiful
Very disappointing experience. I purchased tickets well in advance, only to have them canceled on the day of my visit. Even though I did receive a refund, that’s not the point—I had been looking forward to visiting this museum and my plans were completely disrupted. This vendor feels unreliable. I strongly recommend purchasing tickets directly from the museum’s official website to avoid this issue.

For the love of Frida
The house and history is amazing!! Love seeing all the art and the space that she lived in. A big fan of Frida! The only reason I’m rating this at three stars is because there was confusion with ticket times. I had originally bought them for 11:30 am and was sent tickets for 5 pm. We came back at 5 and almost missed a sección of the tour as the museum closes at 6. Gift shop was close and had to rush through a part of the exhibit. If you go at an earlier time I’m sure it’s great and can take your time. I would recommend to go earlier. Bad luck that we got sent tickets for 5 pm. Next time I would just buy from the actual site.

Paying Homage to a magnificent woman
Casa Azul is pretty heavy if you love FK. Her ashes are there. It is very quiet. About an hour is ok. The staff are very respectful.

TripAdvisor Makes It Almost Impossible to Find Actual Tickets
The museum was wonderful and I learned so much!
That said, the experience of accessing the tickets via TripAdvisor was a nightmare. Two people in our group were never able to find the actual tickets and were not allowed into the museum despite our having paid. After having traveled all the way to the museum, this was very disappointing.

Frida’s House Visit
Those who treasure the artist Frida Kahlo will thoroughly appreciate this house tour/visit. You can visit at your leisure. No rushing! My only disappointment was in the small retail store - not much selection to purchase - no posters or books on her art ☹️.

Do not use!
Extremely poor experience do not use. They sell you ticket for one date/time and then close to your visit date they tell you it's sold out and you have another.

So disappointed in Trip advisor on this
This is the one part of our trip to Mexico city that I planned in advance and was most looking forward to. Trip advisor canceled us the day before and it is sold out all week while we are here. Soooo disappointed.
