Ticket Admission to Berlin TV Tower

Definitely worth a visit, however we considered it expensive. Great views across Berlin, Having bought a 6 day Berlin Welcome card, it gave us discount down from 25 Euros to 20:62 Euros. Looked at other booking sites however could not apply any discount to them so eventually just went to the entrance.

Unfortunately this was a poor experience! We booked admission and dinner, the dinner is a gimmick to say the least! I say save your money and eat out at one of the many amazing restaurants in Berlin. We were so disappointed but not with any other restaurant! Food quality poor/cheap, nothing to write home about!

Beautiful view of the city but at prices that are too high.

Very busy overpriced. Not very clear where the front entrance was. Paid for entrance and a drink. Wasn’t clear of what drink you was allowed. It was cheaper to buy entrance and then buy a drink separate from the bar and get what you wanted. Views were good. There is a few free places in Berlin to get similar views x

Expensive, too many people allowed in at once, too crowded to see the views properly. Only stayed 15 minutes

Great elevator ride up and exceptional views. No rush and could take your time looking over the city. Even had a few drinks at the bar. Great experience.

Visited during a weekend break. Opted for the viewing deck, lunch and drink combo. The bar kindly swapped the beer for wine and the food was very good. Excellent pickles and mustard! Lovely service, did not feel rushed and enjoyed the great views. Very pleasant and would recommend!

We thought the tower looked great from the bottom. The £25 fee to go.up it wasnt at all inticing so we opted to stay on the ground and take lovely photos from there.

We booked for NYE, arrived and realised due to the fog there was no point in going up the tower. Thankfully I could move the tickets onto another day but be warned there are no refunds available even on a foggy day. Very busy, the view isn’t impressive and the one part of the skyline that you can identify you are stood in! Do Scan the QR codes at the top the info on the app is more interesting than the view.

AVIOD - total SCAM Paid £100 / 116 Euros for 3 restaurant access tickets. Booked in the afternoon for 7pm the same day. Clearly requesting a window seat. Arrived, handed coat in. Up the lift. Table NOT at window......staff unable to make change. Informed us we must return down stairs. Thee most arrogant staff ever!! Initially blamed upstairs staff for not sorting. Then said we never booked a window table. Then the so called Manager 'Stephanie' stated you needed to book weeks in advance to get a window seat. Then said you cant book a window seat??. There was no consistency to what she was saying. Made even more annoying when we could see empty tables at the window. (My opinion - they are not offered to tourists). Male staff members Danny and one with no name badge added the conversation. This was a well rehearsed performance. The one with no name badge refused to give to give his name.....for 'Stephanie' to then claim he wasn't staff. Unbelievable he was there in the afternoon behind the till and again in the evening taking our coats. So who was he?? And why interfere when we spoke to a manager? She refused to change our booking to another night of our holiday. She refused to allow us back upstairs stating ticket used?????!! ......we were up and down in the lift in literally 2mins. She refused to give us the terms and conditions of sale. All in all, there was NO consistency to her excuses. No offer to make genuine customer service or experience pleasurable. Hospitality was deplorable. If staff can not take a responsibility for a request when making a reservation - then the customer should be made aware at time of booking. To intentionally deceive, is wrong. And for staff upstairs to state we must go downstairs to make a complaint re table - they should inform the customer that the entry tickets costing £100 would then become invalid!!!!
