The London Eye was a good experience and a great way to see London from a different perspective. The views across the city were excellent. The whole experience was organised, and the staff were helpful. Though it was quite busy, the queues moved well and the capsule did not feel overly crowded. The ride itself was smooth and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views and take photographs. The admission price was on the high side for the length of the experience, but overall I felt it was worthwhile, particularly as a first-time visitor.
We decided to bay tickets on the spot and was super quick . Had the tickets imidiatly and join the line.
Amazing experience and the view was out of this world
Nice place to go with friends or family
The London Eye is a must do when visiting London. It's an excellent way to experience the thrill of a panoramic view of the city of London.
The wheel looked amazing on the ground but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price. The views were spectacular but no information was provided regarding the landmarks. Instead I would recommend booking the cruise which provides a similar view with a guide for a cheaper price. However, the pictures turned out great 😅
The lines were long. Don't worry they move fast. The staff is very helpful. Don't carry backpacks. You will have to go thru security.
The London eye was great. However my experience with Viator, box city, and getting my tickets sucked. Wasted almost 45 minutes trying to get my tickets. Although customer service was able to help, I expect your app to work.
A must see when visiting London at least once….buy a ticket that gets you 3 attractions as it’s better value for money. 👍🏻
Despite being expensive, I found the best deal with TripAdvisor. I was at the Sky Garden and it was cool, but we all loved the London Eye experience, especially the kids. If you can afford it, do it. I have vertigo and I didn't have any problems; I was standing and walking around the cabin the whole time. You don't notice the movement at all and the feeling is one of total safety.
