We're known for operating the best all-inclusive snorkel experiences on the island of Cozumel.Traveling to some of the most beautiful areas the Caribbean has to offer - including the famous 'El Cielo'. We aim to visit 3 or 4 different destinations during the tour to give you a taste of what our beautiful island has to offer. We provide everything you need to enjoy the tour with us, including freshly prepared Mexican snacks and ice-cold drinks. Just turn up and we'll take care of the rest!

Pickup Locations & Times
Not suitable for infants or pets We can make pick up at certain hotels piers (see the list). You only have to pay the pier taxes directly to your hotel. Our departure is at 9:30AM or 2:30PM from downtown. Collections from any hotels will be after these times - anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on the distance from the hotel. Note: The locations we have available at the hotel docks are for the use of the guests of the above mentioned hotels only. Our primary meeting point is in downtown Cozumel, to the South side of the ferry terminal underneath the giant flagpole (approximately 2 minutes walk). One of our staff will be there, clearly marked with our branded clothing and signage, to welcome you. For clients arriving by cruise ship from the S.S.A and Puerta Maya terminals, please select the 'Cid la Ceiba' hotel as your departure point, which is a few minutes walk from the Puerta Maya terminal and the SSA terminal door. You will only pay a tax of $3USD per passenger for use of this dock and we can gladly pick you up by boat. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the hotel La Ceiba to accompany you to the boat and assist you with paying the hotel. If you are late, we shall assume that you have failed to attend, and we reserve the right to continue the tour at the scheduled time in your absence. Unfortunately, if you are late or you miss your allotted booking time, it is very unlikely that we will be able to reallocate you or your party to another slot.

This was definitely the highlight of our cruise. We sailed with MSC and decided to book our excursion outside of the cruise line to save some money. We received multiple reminders and messages from The Cozumel Snorkeling Company before our trip that included meeting points and what to bring/wear. They are very accommodating for the guests on cruises and make sure to get you back on time. The excursion was the coolest thing my boyfriend and I have ever done. The guides made sure we saw everything and the photographer captured every moment. We saw sea turtles, starfish, and an array of different fish and sea life. At the end, we went to a sand bar where the crew prepared us fresh ceviche, guacamole, pico, and fresh mango and pineapple which was absolutely fantastic. They offered us multiple different kinds of drinks throughout the tour as well. We did the 9:30am tour to try and beat the heat and so glad we did. It was a little overcast but the water was still like glass the whole time. They said we were the only tour of the day for them so we got to stay at the sandbar a little longer which we enjoyed. The crew on the boat was fantastic and made sure everyone was safe in and out of the water. This is an excursion I would do every time I came back to Cozumel.
We booked for 2 people this tour. Many things were wrong. First, they call you early in the morning to ask you to be 50min early to leave earlier. Just change the hour in that case ? We saw fishes, small shark, tortues and rays so it was beautiful + food is good. But all along, they harass you to take pictures and videos to sell you the 50$ pack later. When looking at the rays, you can't back in the boat and you must stay in the water so my boyfriend was cold. Also they give you a really bad look when you don't want their 50$ picture pack or don't give enough tip. The experience was really good, but the team and their attitude just wasn't it.

Regarding the earlier departure, sometimes we contact guests when an earlier departure is possible, but we understand that changing the schedule at short notice can be inconvenient. We also want to clarify that our photography service is completely optional. Guests are never required to purchase photos or videos, and we sincerely apologize if you felt pressured to do so. The same applies to gratuities—tips are always voluntary, and every guest should feel comfortable making their own decision without feeling judged. Regarding the time in the water with the rays, our crew keeps guests together for safety and to protect the wildlife, but we understand that staying in the water can be uncomfortable if someone gets cold. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re especially sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable because of the crew’s attitude. That is not the experience we want any guest to have, and we will share your comments with our team. Thank you again for your feedback. 5 star as partner enjoyed it (as did I). First underwater turtle for her! Drift snorkel over Palancar for coral and fish. Then great sandy spot for a light lunch and rays. This variety was good representation of Coz. Crew were solid as well. Really appreciated the 'don't touch' 'dont follow' reminders for those not respecting/protecting nature on their own, while still maintaining the fun, excitement and safety of all. You will have to pay an extra 200p each for marine fee. And if picked up at hotel pier, the hotel will charge you (we used Secrets at $10us each). And a photographer accompanies the group for good photos to later purchase if you'd like. I contacted the team via WhatsApp when booking and there was great communicationl. Overall fun trip and recommended.

We had a fantastic snorkeling excursion and would definitely recommend it! I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. We were lucky enough to see starfish, a shark, and a sea turtle, and spending time on the beach with the stingrays was such a fun and unforgettable experience. The crew did a great job making sure everyone had a good time, and the entire trip was well organized. One of the highlights was the professional photos and videos available to purchase at the end—they turned out absolutely amazing and were well worth it. They captured so many incredible moments that we'll treasure for years to come. Overall, this was a wonderful adventure with beautiful marine life and lasting memories. We'd happily book another excursion with this company!

Highly recommend this snorkeling tour! The experience was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the trip. We were lucky enough to see stingrays, sea turtles, and sea stars up close. The tour ended with a relaxing stop at a beautiful sandbar, where we enjoyed margaritas while taking in the scenery. It was the perfect way to end the adventure. We had a fantastic time and would definitely do it again!

Amazing snorkeling, trip, boatride, guidance, ceviche, and guacamole. Gasper (snorkel guide) and Emiliano (boat captain) were truly wonderful and the best. Me and my girlfriend had a great time. There were 3 great snorkel spots with a relaxing time on sandbar with food afterwards! So grateful!
