Willemstad by day is fun
We did this tour as part of a day of walking (Willemstad by day and by night). Fun way to spend a day! This was a great walking tour through a large portion of the Otrabanda part of Willemstad. There was endless information about the areas, streets, and murals. So much amazing art everywhere and around every corner. The mosaics on stairs are not to be missed. There was even a small stop 2/3 of the way through for some home-made frozen treats that can be bought from a nice lady at her house in a pretty courtyard. The guide was fantastic and seemed to know everything about everything. Really recommend!

Disappointment
They confirmed the trip after I paid for it, and an hour before the tour, they canceled it without providing information about the reason. It is to be expected that they will not charge the cost to my card.

Hi Tara, We would like to formally clarify the situation, as we do not agree with the statement that the guide failed to attend the tour. Our guide was present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time and was ready to conduct the tour (Tuesday the 1st of Sept 2026 starting time 9:30). The tour therefore did take place as scheduled from our side (we did have more people that day and all the others participants were there). The meeting point and relevant instructions are provided to guests in advance. While we understand that the area can be busy and that other tours may operate nearby, this does not mean that the meeting point was incorrectly provided or that our guide was absent.
We regret this misunderstanding, but this should not be interpreted as a failure on the part of the guide or as a failure to provide the booked service.
We therefore respectfully dispute your request for a refund on the grounds that the guide did attend as scheduled and fulfilled her responsibility.

Truly the best
This tour was the perfect introduction to the city, the culture, and the perfect length. Our host Xiomara made the experience for us. She is warm and welcoming and a wealth of knowledge about Curacao. From historical facts to artwork to culture. And she is FUN! Worth every penny!

Small-scale, personal, and super interesting tour through colorful Ortobanda
Enjoy the colorful stories of a skilled, tireless, and enthusiastic Xiomara and a colorful Willemstad. Even though I know Curaçao very well, I've heard many fun, surprising new stories! Recommendation.

Amazing tour of Curaco
