We loved the experience! Today is my birthday and they gave me a little celebration! So kind! Ya’ll we would totally come do this with family again. We were greeted by Maricana and Emily they were very warm, friendly and welcoming! Lu, Rey, and Siki were really comforting, supportive and always looking to make sure our experience was exceptional! Gerry was there to make sure all was going smoothly and efficiently. We got a drink (x2 for me since it was my bday).

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate lady in charge. When booking I told her I would be coming on a cruise; there were no afternoon spots available so she recommended a 9:30 a.m. slot without ever mentioning that I'd need to be there 45 mins prior (which is virtually impossible). When I dismebarked the ship, I called to tell her I might be running a few mins late and she basically said our spots are no longer available as we should've been there 45 mins prior. No matter how much I pleaded, she refused to offer any solution or alternative accommodation and no refund. Basically ruined my birthday. I am very disappointed in the poor communication and the lack of empathy and consideration. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING with them as a cruise excursion at all. A total RIP OFF!

TERRIBLE service! The communication was just so terrible. They have no mercy, no compassion, no understanding whatsoever. Maybe it’s a form of entitlement because they are the only company that offers this service in Curaçao. I mentioned I was on a cruise and requested an afternoon appointment. That was unsuccessful, so I went with their 9:30am slot. Leaving the port and trying to rush for a taxi was completely overwhelming, and the taxi drivers even mentioned that excursions / service providers usually arrange pickup. Consequently, I was unable to make it on time, and they refused give me a refund or offer any alternative solution. I’ve come to the conclusion that they DO NOT cater for cruise passengers, so do not waste your hard earned money. I paid $300 altogether for a service I never received. Poof, hard earned money gone with the wind. Save your money! Experience it somewhere else.

Due to something that was completely within you alls control I have had my excursion canceled, am not being compensated, helped, or given the same expectations across speaking to multiple representatives. Spending, hundreds of dollars to be extremely disappointed during my birthday vacation has made this experience awful.

I had a great experience with Aquafari in Curaçao! I was traveling solo and decided to step outside of my comfort zone and try something completely different. I’ll admit, once I got underwater I became nervous and ended up surfacing earlier than planned. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding and made sure I felt safe the entire time. They even made sure I was still able to get some amazing underwater photos, which I really appreciated! Even though I didn’t complete the entire excursion this time, I’m so glad I did it. Now that I’ve experienced it and know what to expect, I will definitely be doing Aquafari again on my next visit to Curaçao—and next time I’m finishing it! 😂 Thank you to the Aquafari team for being so patient with me and making the experience a positive one. If you’re visiting Curaçao and looking for something unique and adventurous, I definitely recommend giving it a try! ❤️

This was an excellent experience. I had so much fun doing adventure. Our guides were very friendly, caring, knowledgeable. They put you perfect ease. They showed me so much love for my birthday and Mariana made me an awesome cocktail as a birthday gift. And it was niiiice. I highly recommend. You will not regret it.

This whole team is AMAZING!!! Emily and Mariana greeted us with a smile and made sure we were ready and prepared. Israel, Ju, and Siki were amazing guides during our tour! Thank you all so much for this experience! You helped me go 🎶Under the Sea!!
