Cooking from scratch was surprisingly easy
Shopping at the local market helped me understand the ingredients before cooking. The recipes were simple enough to make again at home. I would happily do another class in the future.

Fun experience, not a lot...
Fun experience, not a lot of hands on cooking. The host was great but unfortunately had another pressing commitment and the cooking was very little for me.
I am not sure nether a market experience was also included but if it was it didn't happen .
