Highly Recommend!!!!!
Mario (AKA Super Mario and Guapo Mario) is an excellent guide: warm, friendly, funny, and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about Teotihuacan — you will leave understanding the site's purpose and the rituals performed there. You will also be impressed by the brilliance of the people who built it and their worldview, thanks to Mario's insights. The whole journey was super-easy: the pickup was straightforward, the bus comfortable, and the drop-off easy.

Amazing Tour!
We had an amazing experience at the pyramids! Our guide Mario was super informative and helpful. The bus was also really comfortable. Hermes and Omar were great as well. Me and my tour group learned a lot and had an amazing time. Would go again and highly recommend this tour!

It was a great experience, especially because the guide has extensive knowledge of the pyramids, but also as a person, he treated the group specially and the atmosphere created was exceptional, highly recommended.

Awesome experience because of the guide!
Julius Cesar was an excellent guide!!! Excellent English and highly knowledgeable. The ruins were interesting because of him. I definitely recommend bringing something to shield you from the sun as there are no trees and there is no shade, so bring an umbrella and/or a hat. Also be sure to bring water! Or bring pesos to pay for Water. There are bathrooms on site at the entrance and exit, but once you are in, there are no more bathrooms. You may want to wear cooler weather fabrics. I wore denim/jeans and it’s quite warm with the sun and no shade. I’ve visited ruins all over Central America and I felt this was an excellent value to include transportation, a driver, entry and an English Speaking guide. Tips are optional but they did such a good job I recommend tipping both the driver and the guide.

Half day teotihuacan, no stops, tour
Great trip. Guide (Isle, reHi experiences) was really good, great knowledge. Was definitely worth the tour and highly recommend. Thanks to driver, Enrique, too. Liked that there were no commercial stops.

Only 1.5 hours instead of the stated 3 hours.
The positive: the tour guide is nice, explains a lot, answers questions well, and the bus is punctual, comfortable, and reliable. Disappointing, however, was that the afternoon tour, despite the same price and although it says 3 hours on TripAdvisor, only lasts 1.5 hours. Then you don't have 20 minutes to buy souvenirs. Due to the significantly shortened time, we only visited half of the temple complex. Admittedly the large moon temple, and an excavation next to it. The long avenue, for example, remained off-limits to us, however. A real shame! I would recommend either taking the morning tour, in which the entire temple is supposedly shown, or choosing a different provider.
