They were amazing. Seriously! They were very accommodating. I was a couple minutes late to our meeting spot. While the bus moved on to the next pick up spot, someone waited for us and drove us to the next spot.

I loved the trip! The driver Omar was punctual both on the way there and on the way back. The bus was comfortable. The guide Yair was great, he explained a lot of things I didn't know. The experience of knowing the temples is wonderful. Besides that, it is essential to bring a lot of water, sunscreen (yes, even if it is 15°C in the city) and some snacks. Minutes before we arrived, we stopped to use the restroom for free. When leaving, there are also restrooms at the exit of the temples and the best palette you will eat (ask for the mango with cream!).
Lovely tour of an ancient city near Mexico City. Pickup was quite easy and informal. Be sure to check the closest option for you after booking and don't be late. Yair was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. Omar was an excellent driver and the bus was very comfortable with great A/C and cleanly. Tips for the park and trip itself. Bring your own toilet paper or wipes. The park and the pit stop before the park did not have any available in the stalls. Bring snacks, plenty of water, and large hat. There is little to no shade throughout the tour and food options are limited to vendors within and around the park.
