Tbilisi Airport to City Private Arrival Transfer

Very friendly Correct, but give the name Well through wall the man's sign had welmdutch on it but better a sign recognizable as Viator that is enough green White as logo Just

This could have easily been a 1 star review if it was not for how quickly they corrected the issue. We were a party of 6 travellers all with check in luggage + carry on. When we arrived in Tbilisi we could not find contact information, but when we contacted the company via the Viator App they responded very quickly. When the driver showed up the vehicle was not sufficient to carry all passenders and luggage. After a slightly heated exchange he left, and we contacted the provider who sourced two vehicles that were able to transport us to our accommodation. The first vehicle arrived in about 5 mins, the second did take about 25 mins though. A learning is to always check if you have a large group that the provider understands if you have check in + carry on

Our driver was punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove safely for the entire journey and went on the back roads to beat the traffic jams.

The driver arrived earlier than the expected time which was great for us because our flight landed earlier than expected and it was so early in the morning. He got us safely to our hotel

Fantastic! He was at arrived with a sign there. Something went wrong with the booking and the driver came with a sedan instead of a van. He said that the booking came that way but we shouldn’t worry he would organize another car for the luggage. We managed to put 2 luggage’s into 1 and no second car was required. Very nice guy who also told us about the story of Georgia/Tbilisi. He said he is the owner of the company. It was our second time to the country and the arrival couldn’t have been more pleasant!

There was some issue at the airport arrival - while the driver was waiting for me with a name board, someone went with the driver (either pretending to be me or just having a very similar name). But the company arranged for another car in literally minutes and I had no problem at all reaching my hotel in a very safe and good car. Thank you for sorting the issue out.

Very good and easy, driver was waiting for me with a sign at airport and was earlier than I asked, so when immigration took no time he was already there. Helped with my bags. Thanks!

The driver was friendly and professional. The car was modern, spacious and clean. A very smooth experience from pick up at the airport to dropping us off in old town Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

The driver was reliable and punctual, unlike the local operator used by Viator for airport pick up in Tashkent.
