The aperitif we serve consists of fresh bar-style snacks, which are prepared and served according to our standard service. They are not stale, as mentioned in the review. Regarding the drinks, including Prosecco, they are intentionally served after the swimming stop, as this is part of the way we organize the experience. As for the reference to a “Temu sunset cruise”, we understand that this was intended as a personal expression of disappointment, but we believe it does not accurately reflect the service we provide or the experience offered. First of all, regarding the number of participants, we would like to clarify that we never accommodate more than 20 passengers per boat. Therefore, the reference to approximately 25–30 people on board does not correspond to our actual capacity or to the maximum number of guests we allow on each boat. Regarding the cleanliness of the cups, snacks and equipment, we take the hygiene and safety of our guests very seriously. Our staff is required to pay particular attention to the cleaning and proper sanitization of all items and equipment used by passengers. For this reason, your comment regarding the equipment is concerning and will certainly be shared with our team, so that we can ensure that all cleaning and sanitization procedures are being followed correctly at all times. Had these concerns been brought to the attention of our crew during the tour, we would have been more than happy to intervene immediately and check the situation on the spot. We are nevertheless pleased that you found our staff friendly and helpful, and we appreciate your acknowledgment that your concerns were not related to their attitude or professionalism. Comprendiamo che ogni persona possa avere un’idea diversa di ciò che rende speciale un’escursione in barca, tuttavia ci teniamo a precisare che la nostra esperienza non è semplicemente un “classico giro in barca”: il tour è organizzato con un programma preciso e comprende diversi servizi e attività pensati per offrire ai nostri ospiti un’esperienza piacevole e completa. Per quanto riguarda l’aperitivo, ci dispiace che non sia stato di tuo gradimento. Prestiamo attenzione alla qualità e alla freschezza dei prodotti che vengono serviti e, se hai riscontrato qualcosa che non rispettava i nostri standard, sarebbe stato importante segnalarlo direttamente al nostro staff, che avrebbe potuto verificare e intervenire immediatamente.
