Great tour of the market and butcher. Chef Massimo was entertaining and very educational. Wonderfully arranged cooking class with lots of hands-on experience with a variety of dishes including pasta, meat, fish and sauces. Terrific location with a great view and wonderful family wine to complete the meal.
It was a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the market tour to the meal prep/cooking and the delicious lunch we all prepared! We met really nice people - terrific time :)
Chef Massimo's cooking class was one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Sicily. From the moment we arrived, Massimo made us feel so welcome. He is friendly, energetic and clearly passionate about what he does. We found the class easy and enjoyable to follow. The best part was sitting at the gorgeous table and enjoying the food we hsd made. It was such a memorable experience and something we are so glad we did! If you’re visiting Taormina, we can't recommend Chef Massimo’s cookery class highly enough!

This was one of the most fun and informative experiences we have had. The chef was terrific, providing instruction and entertainment throughout our day. The food was delicious, the venue terrific for the crowd, and we had a great time and a wonderful meal.
Had the most fabulous day with Chef Massimo. First we got to tour the local markets and learn about shopping for high quality ingredients. Then we walked to Chef’s house perched along the cliff overlooking the sea. The outdoor dining space and the cooking stations were both set up with so much attention to detail. Chef has perfected this experience knows how to pack in a lot of information in a small amount of time and instruction for all cooking abilities. We prepared a feast and every single bite was delicious. Highly recommend this exceptional experience in Taormina
CHef Massimo was exceptional (and our group has done many cooking classes)! He was engaging and so well organized .. we could not believe how many dishes we made! They were all delicious! The setting was beautiful and the staff was great!

What really stood out was how he made sure everyone participated. He was patient, encouraging, and especially helpful with anyone who lacked a little confidence in the kitchen. You never felt intimidated—just excited to learn, cook, and enjoy the experience. The amount of food and wine we were served was extremely generous, and everything was fantastic. You definitely will not leave hungry! A fun, authentic, and memorable experience from beginning to end. Massimo (and his staff) served as the perfect host to our private cooking class for 8 of us! His home served as the most beautiful backdrop to the cooking class and our actual dinner afterward. The food was great, and we appreciated the nice local wine that Massimo provided. This was definitely one of the best things we did on our trip to Sicily, and I would highly recommend you book with Massimo!
