Tandem Paragliding Flights from Vik

What a truly amazing experience! My younger son has been talking about wanting to paraglide for years and he finally got his chance. It was all that he imagined and then some! Both of my teenage boys had a blast. The guides were excellent and the weather was amazing. The team provided us with some terrific GoPro videos as well. Takeoff and landing were both incredibly smooth and the boys got to do tricks in the air and steer for a bit as well. Highly recommend this experience!

I was nervous but they made it simple and stress free. It was a fun time for our whole family!

This was a TERRIFIC experience. Sammi, Þráinn, and Katla were great guides. The paragliding rides were beautiful, smooth, and no experience was necessary. We enjoyed a nice long ride near mountains, cliffs, and over a black sand beach, and the videos we got after the experience capture all the memories of a fantastic adventure. Before the ride they took us on a quick trip up the mountain to see breathtaking views and, PUFFINS! If you want to see Iceland in a unique way, THIS is the way. HIGHLY recommend!

My wife and I came for our honeymoon and this was a perfect unique experience and we both absolutely loved it! Both our guides were extremely kind and helpful through out the whole flight. Would highly recommend to everybody and we would definitely do it again if given the opportunity!

This was one of the worst viator experiences I have had. My original booking was canceled due to weather, which I understand. The wind was blowing 45 mph, which isn't ideal for paragliding. The tour operator notified me the day before that he would have to cancel. He said the next day to fly would be in 4 days. I rebooked with him. On the 4th day we drove 2.5 hours to get to the tour operator. When we got there, the people at the building looked at us funny and said "Didn't the pilot call you? It's too windy to fly today (13mph winds, no rain, partly sunny). Sorry he didn't call you. He contacted all the rest of the people who were going to fly today, I don't know why he didn't contact you." Then they walked away. I hope they aren't as careless with flight safety details, like fastening the passenger to the parachute, as they were with notifying us about the canceled trip.

This was 100% the top highlight of my trip - the views were incredible, the guides were fantastic, and the experience was unforgettable. I booked this adventure on a whim/I've never been paragliding before and it was the best decision I made. I highly recommend you try out paragliding with True Adventure. Also, they include awesome videos as part of the package! The quality from their go pro was excellent. Note: I was a little nervous because I've never gone paragliding before but it wasn't scary at all/I felt very safe with the tandem guide.

We are on a family vacation of 22 people and it started off with just 3 of us doing it and after the first three, the rest of the family decided they wanted to do it as well and it made our whole trip! Sammy and Tommy were amazing and great at what they do. Coolest thing we have ever done!! Do it while you’re here!

My family of 5 (3 teens) paraglided and ziplined with this company. The guides were all kind, encouraging and fun! We had a great time and felt safe throughout the adventures.
