Easy to find
Easy to locate. Inside EZYMart at the Clock Tower. Open all day. Bags get tagged and stored in back area not accessible to the general public.

Little confusing to find. Staff member originally said we was at wrong place..
Little harder to find than expected. Staff member didn't recognise our booking from app. Needed to find wifi (at nearby hotel) to obtain email confirmation which she then accepted. Once confirmed no problem with leaving and collecting luggage. If using this luggage drop site you need to be at EZYMART at Clock Tower Square. Probably be easier if you have email confirmation printed off before hand. First problem we've every had when booking with viator. But all work out in the end.

Easy and quick
The drop of for my luggage was very near to the Overseas Passenger Terminal, so there was no hassle taking it from the cruise ship and dropping it off. The staff who took my luggage were friendly and helpful. When I went to pick it up the process was sime and quick
