Here’s a draft you can post: “I booked a surf lesson and was told to meet at the statue, but no one showed up. I waited for about 12 to 13 minutes, with no instructor and no communication. It was disappointing, especially since I planned my day around it. I hope they improve scheduling and communication. I even messaged and let them know I was there early waiting and also called the number twice
Great instructor, 2 hours was a good amount of time. Very personalized with the private lesson. That's what I would recommend for first time surfers.

Preston is such a great coach. Explained steps very detailed and was always patient to me. I was able to stand up finally for a few seconds to ride on the board!

Preston was awesome. Very patient with my daughter and really did try to calm her down when she was panicking in the water. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and he took his time with her as much as possible. Highly recommended!
It was my first time surfing, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. I had such an amazing time, especially out on the beautiful Waikiki waters 🌺. My instructor, Presley, was incredibly informative, patient, and made the whole experience fun and unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better first surf lesson—highly recommend 10 / 10 experience
The lesson was with a highly experienced instructor, Jameson was an awesome teacher and he explained how to do the basics and when he saw that I was prepared for increasing my level he just introduced new techniques! I learned a lot and so fast! Thank you Jameson. I’m so grateful!
