Perfect pilates at sunset!
Gilly is a very nice pilates coach and explains well what and how you can do everything, she also indicates many options, and the location is beautiful with the sunset we had! Really worth it and wonderful to move and loosen your body like this.

Relaxing Pilates class
It was really great. The Pilates instructor was super nice. It was more of a relaxation than it was strenuous. She also addresses the needs of others if something is too difficult. The sunset was also a dream.

The Pilates hour on Tigaki beach at sunset was an unforgettable experience. The instructions were professional, calm and mindful. Every movement was explained, individual needs were addressed.
