Great guide and host
We met Ahmed, aka HB ( happy boy) by pure coincidence when walking around Stonetown on our own. We decided to go on a private walking tour with him and he was great! Shared a lot of facts and gave us some very funny insights. We even booked him for a day trip to prison island and a spectacular seafood bbq the next day. He definitely is a happy guide and we were extremely lucky to have come across him. Highly recommended!!!!

Incredible Stone Town Historical Tour.
Ahmed was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledge of the history of Zanzibar and Stone Town. He also shared information about local trees, spices, and food. He was willing to answer any questions we had. You could tell how passionate he is about the island and its history. During the tour he even sang portions of two songs to demonstrate the different style of music. We would highly recommend a Stone Town tour with Ahmed.

Hb Amazing family-friendly guide in Zanzibar! Highly recommended
We had a wonderful private tour to Prison Island and Stone Town with this amazing guide. He was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Since we were traveling with our 4-year-old daughter, we were worried about her getting too tired, but he was so patient and flexible. As soon as she got tired from walking, he immediately adjusted the tour and cut it shorter so we could all stay comfortable and happy. The private van was safe and air-conditioned, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. If you are traveling as a family in Zanzibar, this is the best guide you can ask for:)

Unforgettable Family Day in Zanzibar with HB
We had an absolutely amazing experience booking through HB for our family vacation (myself, my wife, and our 3 kids). We did a full-day tour with Ahmad, who took us through Old Stone Town, the bustling local markets, the port, and across to Prison Island to see the giant turtles. On the exact same day, we also visited the Spice Farm with him. Ahmad was incredible—his availability was top-notch, his prices were very reasonable, and he had a fantastic explanation for absolutely everything. He shared so much rich history about every place we visited, making the entire day both educational and highly entertaining for the kids. He truly made our vacation unforgettable! Bonus tip: Through HB, you can also book several other fantastic tours. They offer trips to Mnemba Island to swim with dolphins, the Safari Blue excursion, swimming with sea turtles, and quad bike tours to visit local villages. Highly recommend booking with them for a smooth, comfortable, and top-tier experience!
