Great Tour Guide- best in all of Stone Town
The tour of Stone town with Mohammed was AMAZING!! The best tour experience I have ever had - Mohammed was so knowledgeable about everything and we learnt so much about stone towns history and present it was so interesting to hear the stories behind the buildings and the life that existed in the town before - he also made us feel very safe and comfortable during our tour and gave us tips on how to bargain and we got to say hi to the local and he gave us great recommendations for places to eat etc - it was honestly fabulous 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend and would send all my friends to tour with Mohammed.
The Tour was also very reasonably priced compared to others on the market, and we had the choice of paying for admission into any of the museums we were eager to see, would recommend the former slave market as you get to learn a lot about Zanzibar’s history during that era. Muhammad also waited when I wanted to stop to buy things and also when I wanted to take picture and would help translate for me when I wanted to chat to the locals!

Great tour

Excellent Stone Town Walking Tour with Rakib
We had a fantastic walking tour of Stone Town with our guide, Rakib! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing fascinating history, culture, and stories that brought Stone Town to life. His enthusiasm and passion for the city made the experience even more enjoyable.
What made the tour especially great was that it was just the four of us, which allowed Rakib to customize the itinerary around our interests. He was very attentive to what we wanted to see and made sure we had the opportunity to explore the places that interested us most. He was engaging, super friendly, and a pleasure to spend time with.
We thoroughly enjoyed discovering Stone Town with him and came away with a much deeper appreciation for this unique and fascinating place. If you’re visiting Stone Town, we highly recommend booking a walking tour with Rakib. You won’t be disappointed!

Learning Zanzibar
Rafiq knew all the ins and outs of Zanzibar. We as locals say Pole Pole through town taking pictures along the way. Never feeling rushed and definitely learning all about the islands and the history

Great tour
Great walking tour around Stone Town. My guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Saw loads of interesting places and learned a lot about the history of Stone Town. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous and very informative experience
Rakib was absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make our Stone Town experience special. He was incredibly warm, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Zanzibar.
What made the experience especially memorable was how personal and flexible the tour felt. We were able to choose which sites we wanted to visit and spend more time at the places that interested us most. Rakib never rushed us and was happy to adjust the tour based on what we wanted to see and learn.
He was also incredibly thoughtful. When it started raining, he even gave us his own umbrella so that we wouldn’t get wet. He helped us navigate the local market and assisted us with buying spices, which made the experience feel even more authentic and enjoyable.
We could not have asked for a better guide. Rakib made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly immersed in Stone Town. 10/10. We highly recommend him and would absolutely tour with him again

Tour of Stone Town
It was a great Tour and our Guide Rakip was amazing. We learned a lot about Stone Town and had a lot of fun as well. Great lunch at local restaurant Lukmaan as well. I can only recommend to visit Stone town and make the tour with Ralip.

Great walking tour - worth the $$$!
Nassor was our guide today. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the history of Zanzibar, as well as about the mix of cultures here. He also taught us some Swahili words, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Nass by name! :)
