Stop 1: Ticket Pickup at Vicolo del Farinone 23| Arrive at our shop at the time of your reservation to collect your skip-the-line tickets. The address is Vicolo del Farinone 23. How to get there: From St. Peter’s Square, walk under the right-hand colonnade (when facing the Basilica). Vicolo del Farinone is the first street after the arch. Look for the Gyash Tours sign.
Stop 2: Entry to St. Peter’s Basilica| The staff will escort you to the entrance of St. Peter’s Basilica, assist with ticket scanning, and help you skip the line for a smooth and stress-free experience.

- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
- Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
- Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.
- Children from 0 to 6 years free
- The ticket must be collected at the shop at Vicolo del Farinone 23
- The Vatican reserves up to 40 minutes for the mandatory security checks, which cannot be skipped.

St. Peter’s Basilica was a beautiful church and we enjoyed the historical beauty of the entire property.
This is a scam. There was no need for a pass. The line was short and it is FREE to get in so this is lame pass.

The price paid therefore does not represent an admission fee to the Basilica, but covers the services purchased, including Skip-the-Line access, customer assistance, voucher management and collection, and the possibility of leaving luggage or other items that are not permitted inside the Basilica at our office. The fact that the line was short at the time of your visit was certainly fortunate, but waiting times can vary considerably depending on the day, time, and number of visitors, and this does not change the nature of the service purchased. We understand that, having encountered a short line, you may have felt that the service offered less value on that particular occasion. However, especially in response to the description of our service as a “scam,” we believe it is important to clarify that the payment was not a fee to enter the Basilica, but covered the services provided together with Skip-the-Line access, which normally significantly reduces waiting times. Easy to book and check in. Guide marched the group to the skip the line entrance and got us through security. Not a guided tour inside. Go early if considering soon as it is hot and packed in the museum. We skipped Sistine Chapel and spent more time in the area where missionaries had gathered art and artifacts from all over the world. Few people there and cooler.

I made a reservation about two months ago this time, but if you go on the day, there is no way to make a 10:00 reservation. That's what I was told. It seems that after the reservation, Mass was scheduled to be held this morning. So the locals changed it to 17:30 in the evening. I also had reservations for the Vatican Museums, so they made arrangements. They were very accommodating and I didn't feel bad at all when my morning appointment was moved to the afternoon. It was really nice of him to escort me to the entrance to St Peter's Basilica.

This was one of the BEST experiences with a pre booked ticket pickup on our trip… Juan helped us at the counter but not only that, he personally walked us to the entrance of the Basilica lineup and told us facts about Rome on the way! He was engaging and friendly, and made us excited to visit. Well worth the money to prebook, and the ticket pickup location is easy to find. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant service & great value for money, as we really didn’t want to be standing queueing for hours in 35 degree heat. Juan was very attentive & walked us from the shop straight to St Peter’s whilst also providing some usual info about the Basillica and Rome in general. Another gentleman from the team also helped point us in the direction of Gyash Tours to start with. He was equally very helpful & would certainly recommend others to use yourselves.

this little shop was hidden in one of the side streets. very helpful lady and we walked with an assistance to the entrance of the Basilica with him and then it was straight through. no waiting in any queues. it was fantastic. I would definately recommend.

It got us in to the Basilica but we were pulled aside and told that we paid more for them than we should have. They nearly didn’t let us enter, so ensure they take you all the way in.
