Driver did not turn up even fate pre-booking weeks in advance.
Taxi was not at the airport, even though I booked weeks in advance, after waiting about 20mins and lots of touts hassling which was worrying, I rang the contact number and he said that the driver was involved in an accident, but they didn’t send for a replacement driver and advised me to find my own way from SPX Cairo airport to hotel I paid upfront £45 to avoid the hassle I insisted he send a replacement driver we ended up spending 2hrs at the airport waiting all very stressful experience.

After that we send another car to you in 20 minutes that’s the time from the garage to the sphinx airport

Good driver and great communication
This company offers an affordable private transfer to and from Sphinx airport. We had the same driver to and from the airport and he was very friendly and personable. Both the company and the driver's communication was great - we received a message the day before both transfers confirming the booking and the pickup time, and the driver arrived early on both occasions, meaning we didn't have to wait around. I can fully recommend this transfer if you're flying to/from Sphinx!

Very negative
Airport disembarkation with only hand luggage nothing to object. Booked online transfer known international carrier. We are looking for a driver who immediately tells us that the transfer despite being already paid (about € 9 obvious for this amount in Europe no one would have moved but given the cost of living more than enough) costs € 30 to take or leave. The complaints were worthless indeed the other colleagues have marked a veiled encirclement.... so be wary and do not delude yourself that you have booked the transfer from your sofa despite the well-known international carrier....
