Description
Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life. At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure. Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. And all that, is what we want to share with you We love sharing our knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island. Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our hosts. Best cooking class my...
Best cooking class my husband and I have been to. We booked this for our honeymoon, and it was so much fun. We had the best group, and Vivian made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Food was 10/10 and the location was a great addition. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try food local to the area!

Fabulous night learning to cook!
My husband and I had a fantastic night of learning to cook traditional Spanish cuisine. We had a great teacher in Jordi and the experience was made even better by the others we met in the group. Would thoroughly recommend!

Amazing...
Amazing experience...Flavia was a GREAT Chef and very entertaining. Food was incredible. I highly recommend this experience. The building was beautiful and near all the fun shopping in Palma!

We had an absolutely amazing time with Vivian at our cooking class. She immediately made us feel so welcome and the food was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a fun time with traditional Mallorcan food we couldn’t recommend it enough!

A memorable experience in Mallorca
It was such a relaxing and fun cooking class! We had complimentary drinks, including white wine, soda, lemonade, and water, and enjoyed lots of fun conversations throughout the class. Our instructor, Flavia, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. She divided up all the tasks among us, so everyone could participate without feeling overwhelmed. I was in charge of cleaning the shrimp and arranging the seafood on the paella. It was a wonderful experience, and I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, and great company. A memorable experience in Mallorca!

This was so much fun, 6 of us went so we were assigned our own chef.. Vivien.. Was great to learn about cooking and it was a laugh from start to finish. Drinks are included, so its also great value.
