As a nature-based experience, conditions such as water visibility, wildlife sightings, and weather are unfortunately beyond our control and can vary from day to day. Dolphins and marine life are always wild and free-roaming, so while we see them regularly, sightings can never be guaranteed. On your tour, weather and tidal conditions required us to adjust the route and shorten the kayaking component to ensure everyone’s safety. The walk to the snorkelling location is sometimes necessary when conditions are not suitable for paddling the full distance, and group pacing is managed to ensure all participants including beginners can enjoy the experience safely. We understand this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for, and we appreciate your honest feedback. Your comments help us continue to communicate expectations clearly and put safety first while offering the best possible experience on the day.

I’m sorry to hear the experience didn’t quite meet your expectations. Wildlife sightings and snorkeling visibility can vary depending on tides and conditions, and while we usually see plenty of colourful fish and marine life (and dolphins on most days), nature sometimes has other plans. We understand paddling can feel like a workout, some days are harder than others especially for first-timers that’s why our guides are always nearby to assist and make sure everyone feels comfortable along the way. We’ll share your comments with our team as we’re always looking to improve and ensure each guest has a great time out on the water.
