Out snorkeling tour was scheduled for 8:00am. At 8:05 we called Mody’s which was the local company chosen by Viator. It said the number was no longer in effect. We went to the local address for Mody’s and of course it wasn’t there. We found a phone number on WhatsApp and called. The guy first said it was too late to go and hung up! We called back and said to reschedule the weather was bad! And hung up! We tried calling back numerous times and he would not answer. We had a local man call on another phone and he answered saying he would have the driver come back in about 10 minutes. We went back to our hotel to wait , of course no one came! I called Viator and they tried calling Cody’s to no avail. They tried several other companies and no one was available. There was a local man in our hotel lobby who said he could get us a boat to snorkel. He ended up doing a great job and we were able to snorkel. I asked. Viator for my money back and something extra for the two hours we wasted but they only gave me a refund.

So busy, too many boats
I think this tour is not very regulated. There are just so many boats. And every operator trying to get the best position. You snorkel past Mneba island at the atoll as you can’t access Mneba as it is a private island. Probably less busy, nicer places to snorkel.
