Pickup Locations & Times
We provide pick up service in most hotels. If your hotel does not have a pick up service, we will give you the nearest meeting point. For Tulum hotels the meeting point is Hotel Andreas at 09:15 a.m. Tulum does not have hotel pick-up service. Drop off to Tulum for operational reason is in a public transportation. Our staff will pay the ticket for you.

We had a wonderful experience. Israel Camas was an excellent guide and Frederico an attentive driver. We all did the tour of Tulum and swimming with the turtles. The Cenote was the most memorable part for our 13 year old. We also have an 8 year old who loved the turtles but declined the full cave experience in the cenote.
Wonderful experience with a great variety of activities with culture, swimming in the Cenote of the Mayan grandmother which was a breathtaking underwater world and swimming with turtles as last stop. We had a really amazing guide Ivan, who was the cherry on top of our expedition!

Our trip on July 11th 2026 with guide Israel Camas was the first excursion of our holidays and honestly the best one. 🫶🏻 Simply beacause it was so diverse and immersive. A bit of historical and cultural context from an excellent local guide to start the day (no pick up for us as we had to meet the group at the entrance to Jaguar Park). The snorkeling with turtles was both wonderful and stressful for us, because we never snorkeled before and truly should have prepared better for it. Israel and the local guide took good care if us and helped us enjoy the experience even though we were bloody beginners. The visit to Cenote Nohoch afterwards was AMAZING! A relaxing swim in freshwater caves (no worries, there are no diving necessities - you can always breath above water) and Israel made sure, that my untrained self stayed in touch with the group. Lunch was tasty, professional pics were optional at an additional cost that we chose to accept, because we really liked the pics and thought the price was reasonable at 800MXN.

Tulum was interesting - our guide within the ruins spoke better French than English so we struggled a little, but our main tour guide was excellent. The cenote was incredible and the highlight for me.

I was not sure what to expect taking off on this adventure but what I experienced was absolutely amazing. The ruins where cool , I spent the afternoon 2 feet away from various sea turtles and the cinote was far more than I imagined it would be. Fredrico and Oscar the grouch where both amazing I highly recommend this tour.
