GREAT FUN, very very safe, not unchallenging, but not overly strenuous. Incredible views, Jack was a fun guide, made everything clear and easy to relax and enjoy ourselves.
The climb was awesome and the views were even better. Our guide Shay was the best. Made sure we were safe and had an enjoyable climb. HIGHLY recommended.
We had such a blast doing the Explorer tour with Zach. We did it over a week ago and still find ourselves talking about how great Zach was. The climbing felt scary at times but Zach made us very comfortable. The views were great, the Zach was even better. From his expertise, to his jokes, and even a little bit of hand holding for the scary parts, Zach was personable, professional, and charming. Give that man a raise! - Maxwell + Gopika
My wife and I did this our three sons. We are 72, and it was our 50th anniversary. The Alpine looked like it would be a bit more “challenging” (aka scary), so we opted for the Ridgewalker. It was a great choice. Not easy, but had some good climbing and pretty hiking. If you’re afraid of heights, you might not want to do even this. They have two other options. Our guide (Kyle) was awesome. Very reassuring, fun and safety focused. We came with our normal hiking shoes. They strongly suggested using their climbing boots, which had a stiffer toe and sole. Glad we did. Also used their gloves, which prevented our hands from getting scraped up. Going back down was moderately steep, and we were glad we brought our collapsible walking poles. Definitely a highlight of our time here.
We climbed a mountain!!!!!! It would have not been possible without our amazing guide, Jordan. She guided us through every step as there were very many nerves. I felt very safe with the equipment, the guide and our group. The views are incredible to experience and the memories made with the whole group are ones I will not forget. The 4-hour climb was the perfect time amount and the food on the mountain is AMAZING!!!!
Ella was fantastic! What a delight! She made something that started a little scary for me, very fun. It was a hot smoky day and she was just bubbly and excited.
Jake was the best tour guide! Super personable and fun! He made me and my group feel super safe as he always kept an eye out for us to make sure we had proper techniques. I didnt want the trip to end. He was awesome!!! And he takes great photos!
Incredible tour Guide. Amazing Views . Everything you could ever imagine. Definitely recommend the explorer package if you are trying it out for the first time. Its not too much not too little. Perfect amount of time
My 13-year old son and I did the 2.5 hour beginner climb today. We were with one couple and our guide. Our guide’s name was Katsu and he was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and very patient and supportive with my son and also another person in the group who needed a little extra help and motivation due to fear of heights. The climb itself was not too strenuous but more mentally challenging as you are having to plan your next steps and really pay attention to how you are moving along the trail. This really was a lifetime experience for us and something I will always remember. Our guide Katsu was super helpful and attentive and always made sure everyone in the group was feeling safe and not rushed in any way. He also took pics for the group that he just airdropped to our phones towards the end. I highly recommend this to anyone who lives climbing and being active and is ok with heights. 10 out of 10!
We did the Explorer tour with our children aged 13 and 15. And that was great! The group consisted of 8 people. Fine guide who and very nice that he took pictures along the way and provided us with them for free. Afterwards there is the possibility to eat / drink at the top of the elevator.
