Small-Group Full-Day Tour of Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune Vineyards and Beaune Historical District

This is a great introductory tour to the Burgundy wines and vineyards also leaving ample time to explore the very picturesque town of Baune and its unique and most spectacular sight, the Hotel Dieu (better skip lunch than miss this). Very convenient pickup and dropoff, minibus driven by our host, Elsa, a knowledgeable and very entertaining lady (the tour was full). We were driven around the vineyards and had all the cultivation basics explained, visited two chateaus (a small, family one and a bigger one), tasted a wide range of chardonnays and pinot noires, had the winemaking procedure explained. Overall, we had a smashing time. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful day exploring the vineyards of Burgundy. The small-group format made the experience feel relaxed and personal, and we really enjoyed discovering both the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The scenery was beautiful, the wine tastings were excellent, and we learned a lot about Burgundy wines without it ever feeling too technical. We also loved spending time in historic Beaune — such a charming town. Coming from New York, this was exactly the kind of authentic experience we were hoping to have in Burgundy. A fantastic day and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to France!

We had a very enjoyable and informative wine tour with Elsa. Highly recommended for learning all about the local wine varieties in the Burgundy region. Pick up spot is close to the Dijon train station.

Together with my wife booked this trip. Three Dutchmen joined (1 couple, and person alone). Very nice company and our guide Thom (American), has tried very hard. The second tasting was more than amazing, even including an exclusive grand cru. We had a fantastic experience, learning a lot from Thom as he drove us around between the vineyards.

Aside from the fact that we had to be up and out at 6:00AM in Paris to get a ride to the train station for a train to get us to our pickup site, this was a very informative, enjoyable and memorable experience. Our guide, Stephane was quite personable and entertaining and did his very best to assure that everyone would enjoy the trip. His knowledge (and driving skills) were sincerely appreciated as we rode through the narrow streets of the picturesque villages along the way. Our host at the first stop, "Domaine LeClerc" shared lots of information about the area, the terroir, and the terrific wines that they produced. After our lunch in Beaune, Stephane made a decision to modify our trip and we stopped at another terrific winery that was not on the original itinerary. Great choice in my opinion! It was an overall marvelous experience. Thank you, Stephane for being an awesome guide!

Our guide, Stephanie was knowledgeable and entertaining. He made a trip variation decision to visit a different winery that proved to be the highlight of the trip. Very enjoyable and worthwhile excursion.

Tour was amazing!! Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our family learned so much about wine and the vineyards!! The wine we tasted was also great. It tasted even better with everything we learned about how it was made! Truly a very rich and enjoyable experience.
