Best wine tasting experience we've had! Truly a "class" rather then simply a "tasting" that included 6 wines. Very interesting and fun.
This was educational and lots of fun! We got to smell/understand various aromas that might be in the burgundy wines, and then we were able to identify these aromas in the wines we tasted. Our host was extremely knowledgable about wine in general and French wines and Burgundy in particular. We ended up buying some wines that we tasted that we likely can’t get at home, and the prices were very good. BTW, it was 99F on that day and so a couple hours in the underground cellar was quite welcome!
It was the best Wine Tasting we ever had. Matt has a huge knowledge and expertise. We learned a lot about the wine area here ein Dijon and wine tasting. Thanks a lot again Matt, it was fantastic
This was a really wonderful education in the regional wines. We got to try a total of 3 whites and 3 reds paper with cheese also cured meats. Very thorough and plenty of time for questions. Had a fun scent exercise to practice identification of notes in the wines.

We had an amazing time in Matt’s class. it was a great introduction to Burgundy wines - whites and reds - and small cheese and charcuterie. We definitely upleveled our wine knowledge overall as, aside from his deep knowledge about wines in the region, he imparted wisdom about tasting wine and gave us a framework to better understand wines we consume and pair in the future. The wine cave was a cool setting, especially on a hot day, and a short walk from the city center. It was a highlight of our entire France trip. We will spend only 2 days in Burgundy and it was time very well spent. Thank you Matt!

Had a short time in Dijon and this was a great way to be introduced to the regional wines. Fun and educational, while also in a cool space. Did it solo and had a great time integrating with the small group.

Pauline gave us an insightful summary of the Burgundy wine region and guided us through a tasting of 3 white Burgundies and 3 reds. It was a great experience, and based on our tasting we bought a white and a red to take back with us.
