The panoramic view of the falls and surrounding scenery were spectacular from the top of the tower…I’m glad we did it!!
It was so much fun going to the top and getting breath taking views, but the elevator man was extremely rude to my party.
Elevator is quick. Views are stunning. Merchandise & photos are way overpriced. The viewing area could use some cleaning though, it's a shame that some customers chose to throw trash in the viewing area.
best views of the falls and a verry professional service food was ok.
Nice view of the city. Nice if you wan a 360 view of the city and on the falls.
Nice view. The ride to top is quick so don’t be worried if you are afraid of heights(52 seconds to get you to the top).
This was a great experience. Second time we did went up 20 years. Food was a little expensive but not doing it all the time.
We chose the Skylon thinking we would have an experience that would live up to the reputation of this iconic Niagara establishment. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon our arrival, the atmosphere seemed disappointing to us. The elevator attendant, with his very unwelcoming appearance and attitude, almost gave the impression of a "living dead" person. The decor, for its part, seemed outdated to us and would greatly benefit from being refreshed. We also found the service particularly distant. The servers gave the impression that we had to hurry, rather than quietly enjoy our meal and the experience. In an establishment that claims to be a destination, this attitude is particularly regrettable. The buffet was also a major disappointment. The salad bar was decent, but the selection of hot dishes was extremely limited: a single piece of meat, potatoes, pasta, and butter chicken. For the price asked, we expected much more choice, quality, and refinement. Even the bathrooms could use a renovation. Overall, we felt that the establishment had lost some of the prestige that should, however, be associated with the Skylon. The main problem, however, remains the value for money. The price asked is much too high for the experience offered.
The elevator was to crowed . It was a good view of the falls but the fencing didn’t allow for good pictures.
This is a must see event for the best view of the entire falls. Great value for money. Paid a little extra to go back up for the fireworks.
