Didn’t wait at all in line and there were many fun photo props! Once we made it to the Skydeck the views were immaculate.
It's was amazing, best experience ever.
Very cool museum-like tour to start that shares the history of Chicago and some of the top attractions in the city. The actual skydeck experience was better than anticipated and a surreal experience. Highly recommend!
I did not use this service, no idea why I received a text, I did not use this service, no idea why I received a text
The view is good from the 103rd floor, but this was my least favorite activity in Chicago, and way overpriced, in my opinion.
Good experience but scary for me. Taking pictures on the deck was different. I didn’t know I was afraid of heights, but I was queazy.
Great place to visit to view the city of Chicago while learning a brief history of the city. The wait time and price of admission is pretty good and not crowded. The staff was amazing. Really recommend!
How can you go to Chicago and not climb to the top of Willis Tower? We visited in early August, 2026. We got our tickets on Viator, but I think they are slightly cheaper directly at the box office. The entrance was very easy to find, just follow the signs. You go down two flights first, and then take the elevator up. Before you get to the elevator, there is a little history / experience Chicago interactive museum. It was really interesting. They have a display about the food, the neighborhoods, a little of the architecture, and you can even meet the Obamas! The elevator is interactive and really fast. The video climbs with you as if you are in the building while it’s being constructed, similar to the Freedom Tower on NYC. When the doors open, you’re at the top. Views are amazing! It is a must do. Pay the money, go at dusk, you’ll love it.
More than I expected! I never been to the Willis Tower but was blown away by the experience!!! There was a museum on the way to the Skydeck. I wish we had more time to take it all in but we were able to go back through the museum after our skydeck experience. The Skydeck itself was awe inspiring! We went in the ledge and you can actually go several times if you want!!! We took some pictures in the ledge which you are able to pick up after you’re done!!! All the buildings and cars literally look like toys you can pick up and move around !Great memories for my son and me!!
Who wouldn’t want to stand on a clear ledge hundreds of feet in air? For some reason I picked expedited ticket and that did speed up our access to the sky deck. You only have 90 seconds to be out there. The venue takes a couple of pictures of you and you can buy them at the end. We didn’t.
