Viator Did Not Provide What Was Advertised
Very disappointing experience with a tour I purchased through Viator.
I booked the Frida Kahlo Museum tour through Viator because the listing specifically advertised skip-the-line access and a 4:00 PM entry time.
However, when I arrived at the museum, there was no skip-the-line access provided, and I had to wait in the regular line. Even more frustrating, when I downloaded the tickets, I discovered that my entry time had been changed to 4:45 PM without any prior notice.
I purchased these tickets through Viator based on the information advertised on the Viator listing, and the service I received did not match what I paid for. This was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading.
I would not recommend booking this tour through Viator unless the information is verified beforehand.

Go with someone else.
GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE or book directly through the Frida Kahlo Museum website
Planned my trip to Mexico City centered around visiting the Kahlo museum, only to find out the DAY OF only one hour before that my booking had been cancelled.
The guide asked me if I had availability at 4:30 and when I responded asking what happened they never returned my message.

Terrible service
We were scheduled for 3:30 & when we arrived we were told they changed it to 4:15. We were also told that the tickets we were sent were not valid.
