Skip the line: Regular Ticket Playa del Carmen

We had an absolute blast! The show was amazing, but the true highlight of our experience was Ximena. I usually book everything in advance because I don’t always feel comfortable or safe making plans once I’m already traveling. From the very beginning, Ximena was incredible. She answered all of our questions, put my mind at ease, and never used a pushy sales approach. As someone who works in sales, I tend to avoid aggressive sales pitches, but with Ximena it felt like a genuine conversation. She was at the hotel when it was time for pickup, which made the experience even better. When you’re in another country and leaving the comfort and safety of your hotel, it can be stressful if you don’t know or trust the person helping you. Ximena made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Before we left the hotel today, she stopped by to check on how our experience had been and even brought us some souvenirs. That level of care and follow-up is rare and truly appreciated. We’re already planning our next trip, and my plan is simply to text Ximena so we can book with her again! Ximena, you are absolutely amazing. Thank you for making our experience so special!

I assumed this was like a seated show type of vibe, it’s basically an open bar night club and there’s some performers unless you buy a table you will be left standing. Was a good atmosphere tho and unlimited drinks included you will constantly get asked if you want to upgrade and buy a table

The “skip the line” experience definitely needs more transparency. We skipped the huge line outside and walked right in thinking we’d get our wristbands quickly, but once we went downstairs to the booth, the workers seemed annoyed by our tickets and were honestly not pleasant at all. While we were still stuck waiting at the window for wristbands, they started allowing the entire long line from outside to come inside. In the end, we had to wait in the back of the same line we originally skipped. I was furious. That being said, the actual experience and show that night were amazing. However, women absolutely need to be careful when going near the stage. Some backstage workers were acting like complete pervs and clearly tried taking advantage of women who were intoxicated. One man tried touching my butt and then pretended he was “just dancing.” Once he realized I wasn’t interested, he and his coworker immediately moved on to another girl who was clearly very drunk. That honestly made me uncomfortable to witness. The only staff members who were genuinely nice were the bottle service girl taking care of our table and the guys cleaning up after each show. The tequila at our table also tasted extremely diluted, and we couldn’t even properly open the bottle ourselves, but somehow it still managed to get people drunk. Overall, I did have an amazing night and I do plan on returning, but I truly hope management addresses the rude staff and creepy behavior because it can easily ruin the experience for people.

The show itself is not bad but the place is very crowded and we can hardly move or even dance. Only women can go up the dance track, which is not understood. Women are encouraged to show nudity... degrading!

Without a doubt, I had a very good experience at the venue and in the restrooms; the kindness of Dayra and Alondra stood out significantly, and they have excellent workers. I hope their performance is appreciated.

Brilliant night, 10/10. The shows are all super cool and entertaining and the music is sooo good - classics everyone knows and can dance to. Also the service is beyond incredible, Alejandro Ancona was the best - always checking if we had drinks, bringing them super fast and just a lovely guy
