As a result, clients booking the last time slot may have reduced time to fully enjoy their visit. We kindly recommend planning accordingly to make the most of your experience. All the guests are obliged to stay in a line for security check. This is mandatory for everyone even if you have tickets.

Outstanding
This place was incredible and beautiful! It exceeded my expectations! It is the opposite direction but this is a must see for sure! The host communicated easily about tickets.

Unacceptable
Terrible, we arranged for Thursday, August 27 at 3:45 and he does not know Spanish (only English), he messaged me on WhatsApp but without setting a time with me or anything, and he was supposed to give us a talk before entering. A bad person, an unreliable person. A guide who does not know languages

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido sus expectativas. Sin embargo, queremos aclarar que la reserva realizada correspondía a un servicio de asistencia en inglés y en ningún momento fue anunciada como un servicio en español. La información sobre el idioma del servicio estaba indicada en las condiciones de la reserva. Por ello, el hecho de que el asistente no hablara español no corresponde a un incumplimiento del servicio contratado.

Poor Experience
1: The tickets were not sent via email or text. I had to reach out to Viator and request the link to the tickets which I received only once I was already on site. Then they were then sent via WhatsApp which was not indicted. The tickets were only sent after I confirmed I was on site for the tour. 2. Bought and paid extra for "skip the line" the property advised there's no such thing. 3. No audio guide provided. I had to purchase on site. Viator sent links to 13 MP3 and a map after the fact. Mind you, this would require you receive cell service in the area. Ha ha ha. Caves, towers, and castle. Poor poor experience. No response, no refund or partial refund offered.

Terrible Experience and Didn’t Get What We Paid For
This was the worst experience I have ever had with Viator. Both the app and the form they send you give a clear meetup point. No one was at the meetup point for 40 minutes. I made videos that I was there. We finally ran into the person right at the entrance 45 minutes late. We paid for an audio guide but were not provided one. He said he couldn’t provide one if we didn’t have WhatsApp (my phone was stolen so I had not access to It). Viator was no help. Do not book with this company and be aware that Viator does not help you when things go wrong.

Fun trip to Quinta da Regaleira
This was a really great visit and experience, I highly recommend it. Our guide Nowroj was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as very kind. He showed us all the key locations to see inside the property and my family enjoyed all of them.

A great tour
Great and informative tour . The guide was good fun and very knowledgeable. The palace is fantastic - a must see . We hadn’t realised our price didn’t include the entire tour but were happy to continue.
