This was a top-notch, lovely tour from start to finish. Catarina was extremely personable, spoke fluent English, was prompt and was so incredibly knowledgeable about Portuguese history. She's a gem. We skipped all of the lines, some which were quite long. She also recommended and made lunch reservations for us. We were able to do everything at our own pace, and it made for a truly delightful day.
I went on the Sinatra Trip from Lisbon and it was amazing. Jimena was the best guide, and really made the day so enjoyable for us. She gave us an amazing picture of Portuguese culture and the history behind every location on the trip. We highly recommend her to anyone, she was so sweet and accommodating. The trip was amazing, a great opportunity to see so many different things in a day. There is so much to see outside of Lisbon, so I recommend doing even if there for a short time.
This customizable tour was wonderful! We were able to see the castles we wanted, spent time exploring Sintra‘s historic center, and got to enjoy the famous Pastel de nata pastry. We were also taken to a delicious seafood restaurant with a beautiful ocean view. Our tour guide Pedro was the absolute best! He was so knowledgeable, kind and extremely accommodating. He made the experience truly special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of Sintra with Pedro. If we’d gone on our own, we wouldn’t have known exactly where and when to go to get in the fastest lines, we wouldn’t have known all of the interesting bits of history that Pedro shared with us, and we would never have found our way to the lovely restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Oh, and we wouldn’t have known about the tasty Sintra pastries and where to get them! It was a great experience, one we will not soon forget. I highly recommend this tour and using Pedro as your guide, if you’re able.
Before I start, I have to say that this experience was better than my husband and I could have imagined! Diogo went above and beyond to make our trip truly special. The night before our tour, I had an allergic reaction and had to make an unexpected trip to the hospital, which could have delayed our plans. Diogo offered to pick up my prescription on his way to pick us up so we wouldn’t miss any more time on our trip. He took a situation that could have turned into a disaster and somehow made everything perfect! Throughout the tour, Diogo provided so much fascinating background about the castles and history, and he was an absolute delight to spend the day with. He even figured out a way for us to still enjoy an amazing lunch on the coast. What impressed us most was that Diogo continued to stay in touch even after our trip, offering restaurant recommendations and helpful guidance. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. Diogo was an incredible guide, but more than that, he genuinely cared about making our trip memorable. Having him as our guide elevated the entire experience to another level!

Our guide Pedro was excellent! He was calm, informative, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. We know that with him our experience at the Peña Palace and Regaleira was better than it would've been on our own. He gave us ample time to be on her own to lunch and use bathrooms when we needed. He was very conscious of our needs and patient with our questions. We would recommend him and Will to any of our friends here in the United States.

The tour was amazing. Our guide, Georgy, was knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and Sintra. The best reason to choose a private tour is that you get to explore at your own pace. Our guide let us have plenty of independent exploring time, which fit our preferences. We explored everywhere we wanted to go to in Sintra, plus we had lunch at a place with a breathtaking view of the ocean. I can’t recommend this tour enough if you only have a day to explore Sintra.
