A great Kuranda option if you have your own car. Park your car at Skyrail Smithfield Terminal and meet at the covered bus stop in front of the terminal for your coach transfer to Freshwater Station. Board the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway to journey through the magnificent Barron Gorge, with spectacular views of rainforest clad mountains and cascading waterfalls along the way. Arrive Kuranda and enjoy *Free time to explore this quaint village; *Free time varies depending on which Train/Skyrail time option you choose. After your visit to Kuranda Village It’s time to board the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for an amazing journey over & through the rainforest. There are two stops along the way to explore, before arriving back at Skyrail Smithfield Terminal where you parked your car. PLEASE NOTE - 1 Reverse Itinerary Option: Skyrail first / Train return

Board Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for your journey to Kuranda. Once aboard you will be amazed as you glide silently over & through the rainforest. There are 2 stations enroute where you can alight and enjoy a walk through the rainforest. Visit the Rainforest Discovery Centre at Red Peak Station and take in the spectacular views at the lookouts like The Edge Lookout at Barron Falls Station.
