Shady
Poor communication. Tour was never actually delivered and operator was unwilling to provide a refund.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry you didn't receive your booking details from VIATOR, that should have reached you and clearly didn't, which is exactly why the activity couldn't be started. We'd really like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at worldcitytrail.com/chat with your booking information and we'll personally sort out either the full activity or a fair refund for you. We're sorry this was your experience. 🗺️

Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
It is a super cool idea and way to get to know a city in a different way.
We had already been out and about in Siena for two days and then did this scavenger hunt; you simply perceive places, buildings, and events differently.
Operator response
Vielen Dank Klaus! 🗺️

AI tourguide!
Its an AI driven speech with no soul and bad pronations. It is an speech with overwhelming statements but hardly content. The puzzles where 9k.

Clearly AI generated and pronounced.
A high about story, clearly AI generated, with little content. The puzzles were fun. The audio is also AI with all the bad pronunciation and intonation that comes with it.
Operator response

Don’t go to “meeting” place- not necessary
We walked to the “starting point” per the ticket but you can start this tour anywhere. It was ok since it was very affordable.
Operator response
😊 Thanks for sharing this helpful feedback, Anita! You’re absolutely right that the tour can be started at any station, so there’s no need to travel to a specific meeting point. We’re sorry the ticket wording led you to walk there unnecessarily, and we’ll pass this on to our team to make the starting instructions clearer. We’re glad you still enjoyed the experience and found it affordable! 🗺️
