The meeting place is a scam with the operator and parking official - tour was 5 hours and parking availability was 3 hours with no grace period, asked driver and he said it should be ok. Some passengers also had tickets from this service-in fairness this was a bad service because of this and future travel for others. No explanation rendered by operator as well.
Easiest way to see the beautiful lakes Louise and Moraine. Sit back and enjoy the ride!
Wonderful experience! If you've never been to Lake Louise or Moraine Lake, I would highly recommend this experience. The scenery is spectacular, and the shuttle vam removes all the worry - no separate tickets or passes necessary, no parking worries, no wandering around trying to find the correct paths or the washrooms (the guide points you in the right direction). There is intermittent commentary during the trip by the guide and an audio program over the speakers in the van which contain interesting information about the park, etc. It started to rain at one point, and we were all supplied with umbrellas (in addition to granola bars and water). The only very slight criticism was a bit of difficulty understanding/hearing the guide if you were in the back of the van, but he was more than willing to repeat and so very solicitous. Loved it.
Our driver was exceptional! The service was perfectly on time and parking in the lot next to the buses in Banff was pretty easy as well.
Nice job good driver llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Very enjoyable and sights are unbelievable. Worth the two hour bus ride to both lakes. However max time to spend at each lake 30 to 40 minutes
Super easy and convenient and friendly. Highly recommend and would do it again. Great to just relax and be driven to the lakes.
I’ve always had a great experience with Viator, and this tour was no exception. Since we didn’t have much time, we chose the half-day tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, which was a perfect way to see both highlights. Danish was a competent, careful, and professional driver, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book with Viator again.
This wasn't the best tour operator... the tour was to be 3 hours and it was over 5. We booked Banff mountain tours last year and they were phenomenal
On the bucket list on things to do before I die, was not disappointed
