The building where the tango house is located dates back to the end of the 18th century, more precisely to the year 1769. In 1969, Edmundo Rivero turned it into a "Temple of Tango" and from that moment on it became the obligatory rendez-vous of the best expressions of citizen music. The show itself was amazing hence the 5 star review but the dinner was far from amazing with some of the dishes close to inedible. The staff were pleasant but we really did not enjoy the meal. Would recommend the show without hesitation but perhaps have dinner elsewhere first and just book in for the show.
