There are no agents that will issue a 1949 Geneva Act International Driving Permit over the Internet. The correct format for the permit must be a booklet and must have the word 1949 Geneva, or the date of the actual convention, September 19, 1949 on the cover of the permit.

Had an amazing time at the Shibuya kart. It was raining a little but still had a blast. Costume onesies saved my clothes from getting too wet (they also have rain coats). Luis was our guide and was amazing - making sure to stop in advance to make sure we were all together and took amazing pictures of us.
So much fun. Loved every minute of it and still buzzing over an hour later! The guys who ran it were brilliant. So well organised and really clear instructions. Highly recommend to others and would love to do it again. Thanks guys!

Go Kart was great fun, very easy to drive and a good way to see Tokyo. Got up some good speed in places 🤣🤣, our guide was great fun and took lots of photos for us. A must do for all ages!
We love the tour. It was sooooooo much fun. Our tour guide was mr Kaito and he took loooots of pics of us during the drive (at red stops) and he shared all after we finished the tour. We also drove the cars w cool costumes.
