We had a very good experience overall. Our pick-up was delayed by about 45 minutes, which was a little frustrating, but the rest of the tour more than made up for it. Our tour guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day enjoyable. We were also personally greeted by the company's manager at the start of the tour, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. Despite the delayed pick-up, we really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.
