In this case, we adjusted your reservation based on the updated arrival information we received. Unfortunately, by the time you arrived at the meeting point, the scheduled shuttle had already departed. Our team offered you the next available shuttle from Guatemala City Airport to Antigua and explained that, since the reservation had already been modified and the original departure had passed, the booking would be considered a no-show under our operating policy. You chose not to wait for the next available departure. We genuinely regret that we could not provide the outcome you were hoping for. Last-minute changes to pre-scheduled shared transportation services sometimes involve operational limitations and penalties that are beyond our control.
