The van was very comfortable and spacious. The driver was helpful. It was a very reliable way to get to the port.

Driver was friendly, early and helpful. Book ahead if possible because they may not confirm your transfers under 24 hours.

The operator should inform you about the pick up time one day before. I didnt get any feedback how described! After requesting, i got finally an answer 3 hours before departure. Thats absolut not a professional behaviour!

I had email saying 1020. Lucky I went to pay reception 0940 to be ready to go. Guy was waiting for me already.

The transfer was perfect. The driver showed up in the air-conditioned van about 10 minutes ahead of time, so we did not feel rushed at all and we got to take a leisurely ride from our hotel to the airport and then the pier.
