This is a wonderful company to work with. I used WhatsApp to confirm hotel dropoff and update on airport pickup. They keep track of my flight arrival time in realtime and my driver was already waiting for us with my name on the sign as soon aa we exited the baggage claim area at the arrival hall. The drive to our hotel was smooth and our driver assist with handling our luggages. We will definitely used them again if we need private car services in China.
The driver was waiting for me when I arrived. Their driving was fast, efficient, and safe. I felt secure and confident in their abilities.
Excellent communication. Received an invite to start a What’s App chat within a day of booking (even though my reservation was a month out). Two days prior, received my drivers photo and car photo with license plate info. They tracked my flight and kept me updated. Driver also texted me a photo of my hotel with address to confirm the location was accurate (I was staying outside of city center by SJTU). Then after getting my bags, the driver was waiting with my name/sign after customs. Not certain he spoke English, though there wasn’t a need to communicate as I just followed him to the car, which was a short walk to the parking garage. Definitely recommend vs a Didi/taxi.

We used Mr Orange's car services on 3 separate occasions whilst travelling in China, twice in Shanghai and once in Hong Kong. Each vehicle was of extremely high standard, luxury vehicles, very clean and comfortable with water provided, luggage assistance, direct to door pick up and drop off, charging cables available and use of translation apps made things easy for us, especially for our initial landing in China as English speaking tourists who had never been before. Communication upon booking and any follow up questions or help we needed was very quick and provided us with everything we needed. Would strongly recommend this service to anyone and will absolutely be using them again on our next visit.
