This one is a don’t do
This was the only disappointing experience we have had. When we arrived at the venue it was a very large complex filled with empty retail and restaurant spaces, no markings for the class. When we finally found it they were not expecting us. We were expecting to learn how to make stuffed tortellini, but there was no filling for the tortellini, we did not cook or eat the tortellini.remote location so 40 euros in taxis on top. From start to finish we were in and out in 40 minutes, our instructor was also tending bar at the same time as teaching the class

Something we remember
The workshop itself was nice but it is located in a huge center which is very deserted and not optimal to get to on foot. It took a long time before we found out where the workshop was and we were placed at some cafe tables in the restaurant out to the gokart track. So okay experience but no more than that.

Good value pasta making course
Great little pasta making course - lovely lady and tremendous value, kid friendly - location is a little soulless white elephant but actually
really cheap coffee shop and excellent lunch (at Roma restaurant) - place might be busier at weekends.

Highly Recommended - Pasta Made Simple with Love
This was a great class and very inspirational. I look forward to preparing my own pasta when home in New Zealand. Simple, distressing and good home cooked food. Grazie.

Two ire well spent
I attended together with an 11-year-old grandson and we had a lot of fun: very nice and good teacher, we were few students and in the end we tasted abundant homemade tagliatelle.
The only drawback: the place is a bit difficult to reach from Bologna by public transport.
